I oftentimes used to find myself falling asleep when reading, studying, and losing focus in my basketball practices.
I’ve started using Superbrain Yoga consistently for the past 4-5 months now. I find it always clears up my head and allows me to focus very well on any task, as well as better emotional regulation in regards to anger and dealing with troublesome situations.
The Superbrain Yoga course, being shorter than the other courses still has a significant amount of interesting information to offer.
The technique has become a ritual almost every morning. I do feel more focused, I’m able to plan my days more effectively and it seems that I’m not pressuring myself as I did before.
The technique combined with my salt showers has given me not only more energy but lasting energy throughout the day AND finally the technique has become the finishing exercise to my morning workouts……After all squats are a good additive to a workout. Thanks
